Thank you for supporting DestinyBoards. Every board is individually handmade to order with care, so please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Preorder & Processing Times
All of our boards are made to order on a preorder basis. This means your board is not pre-made sitting on a shelf—it is created specifically for you after you place your order. Please allow up to 30 days for your board to be handcrafted before it ships. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Production time does not include shipping transit time.
Handmade Variations
Because each board is made by hand using natural wood and resin, slight variations in color, wood grain, resin flow, and finish are completely normal. No two boards are exactly alike—these natural differences are part of the beauty and uniqueness of a handmade product and are not considered defects or grounds for a refund.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or the natural handmade variations described above.
The only exception to this policy is if your product arrives damaged or broken.
Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your board arrives damaged or broken, we will make it right.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date at destinyboards@outlook.com. Please include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or broken item
- Photos of the original packaging, if possible
Once we receive your email and verify the damage, we will issue a refund for your order and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the damaged item back to us at no cost to you. You will not be responsible for any return shipping charges on damaged items.
