Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting DestinyBoards. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the moment your board arrives.

Preorder & Processing Times

All of our boards are made to order on a preorder basis. Your board is not pre-made sitting on a shelf—it is handcrafted specifically for you after you place your order. Please allow up to 30 days for your board to be made before it ships. This 30-day production period does not include shipping transit time.

Order Updates & Communication

We never want you to feel forgotten or worried while you wait. Because our boards genuinely take up to 30 days to create, we send every customer a progress update once a week, every week, throughout the entire production process. That way you always know exactly where your order stands and never feel left in the dark.

When Your Order Is Complete

Once your 30-day production period is complete and your board is finished, you'll receive a message letting you know that your order is on the way.

Delivery Times

After your board has been made and shipped, please allow 6 to 12 days for it to arrive at your door.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. You'll be able to track your order directly from your phone, right up until it's delivered to your home.
